What I teach
My practices
Yoga, somatic movement and sound are not separate paths but tools that are part of the same search. In my classes, they are woven together constantly, to create a space where the body can express itself freely.
Hatha Yoga
For me, Haṭha Yoga is the root: clear postures, held with attention and awareness, to listen to the body and to ourselves. The breath leads: when it is deep and aware, the body finds its natural balance again. Hatha Yoga works precisely on the balance between the physical and energetic body, creating space for new strength and vitality.
Somatic Movement
Somatic practices are an approach to movement based on listening and bodily awareness. It is not about 'doing' a posture well, but about exploring the body in its organic quality, lightness and freedom. My approach is based on Authentic Flow, a method developed by Satu Tuomela, which integrates somatic movement and awareness from Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen's Body-Mind Centering (BMC).
Sound Healing and Sound Baths
Sound Healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations to bring balance to body and mind. The vibrations of the instruments work at a cellular level: they slow brain waves, encourage the release of muscular and emotional tension and guide the body towards a state of deep rest - often out of reach in our everyday life.
On your own or in a group
Each of these practices exists in two forms: an individual path built around you, or a group class where you share the space with other people.
Don't know where to start?
Every path is unique. If you're not sure which practice is right for you, or if you feel you might benefit from a combination of different experiences, write to me! We can talk about what you're looking for, where you are now, and find together the way that suits you best.
